Can i rent my accommodation(s) through OUT! Travel?

OUT! Travel is interested in selfcatering accommodations (with cooking facilities), from simple to luxury. Welcome are for example farmhouses, castles, chalets, bungalows, apartments and villa's, but also mobile-homes. For the present tents, hotels and B&B's are excluded.

I have received a cooperation proposal and I agree. What's next?

Please sign the proposition and send it to OUT! Travel (by fax, scan by email, by post). Make sure Out has pictures, a complete description en agreed prices available. We will make a complete presentation as soon as possible. As a confirmation you will receive the login details with the accompanying instructions for a succesfull cooperation.

What are the costs to rent my holiday home through OUT! Travel?

OUT! Travel works on a 'no cure, no pay' basis. This means you don't need to pay any fixed costs in advance, but OUT! Travel will only charge you a previously agreed commission per booking.

It is important that a private booking for the accommodation provider himself or a booking through OUT! will have the same rental price. The height (%) of the commission depends of the expected result for OUT! Travel and the required promotion efforts. The commission varies from 15% to 35% of the rent (excluding the additional costs such as cleaning, linen, energy).

From the mentioned commission OUT! Travel will pay the promotion costs (catalogue, internet placement, advertisement campaigns, rewards for webpartners and travel agencies etc) and insure the accommodation providers liability towards the customer (confirm ANVR-condition).

The percentage of the commission is determined by the type of accommodation (for example groupsaccommodation vs mobile homes, luxury vs simple, one or more accommodations?), the location of the accommodation, the price, but also the availability (winter- or summerdestination, do you take your own bookings?, do you work with a local agency?, etc.).

Please note, the percentage of the commission forms the OUT!-promotionbudget for your accommodation and provides with that the to gain result. Ofcourse on a 'no cure, no pay' basis'!

Can i sell my accommodation?

You can only offer the buyer the holiday home inclusive the working agreement you have with OUT! Travel, whereby the rental through OUT! Travel will be respected during the term of the working agreement. Please contact OUT! Travel in time if you want to make a different agreement concerning the possible sale of your holiday home.

Who will receive the customer at the spot?

The arrival at the spot will be the responsibility of the holiday home owner. When you are not able to take care of it yourself, you will need to appoint a caretaker. OUT! Travel will only help through a caretaking instruction (four languages).

What is the occupation i can expect through OUT! Travel?

The expected occupation from your holiday home is depending on a lot of factors (type and size of the accommodation, price, location, availability, commission percentage OUT! (= promotion budget), etc). For reasonable priced, larger characteristic accommodations on nearby locations (Netherlands, Belgium, Germany) we currently have occupations up to 60 stays per year! Don't hesitate to ask us for our assessment concerning your accommodation.

Can i rent my holiday home for a long-term period?

No, but you can rent to tourists unlimited. With a tourist reservation we assume a maximum of three weeks per customer.
Long-term rental in for example low season is possibly in consultation with OUT! Travel.
