Promotion and presentation

In case you are looking for a strong partner for the promotion and marketing of your accommodations on the internet and/or Dutch market, OUT! Travel is the right partner for you.
You can find our extensive promotion possibilities through Promotion. Holiday parks, chaletcampings, residences and similar will have beside the regular presentations on www.out.travel (see Promotion) also an extended holiday park, country estate, etc. presentation, with their own "direct search access". In this presentation we will have fewer attention for the individual bungalows / apartments / holiday homes, but more attention for the facilities of the holiday park / country estate. Ofcourse there's a direct link to the indivudual (type of) accommodations with online, realtime bookingspossibilities.

Conditions

We offer a very flexible, clear working agreement, completely customized. OUT! Travel considers your prices and presentations as part of the agreement. We make reservations as much as possible according to your conditions regarding for example arrival/departure, service costs etc.

Our main condition is an up-to-date reservationsplanning Because of that we don't have to disappoint our customers, but we can also use our promotion possibilities as optimal as possible.
Ofcourse we can accomplish this through (flexible) allotments, you can send us the stop sales by email or block periods online with your login on www.out.travel.
Given the expertise of OUT! Travel we are willing to look together for other technical solutions, where you don't have to give allotments, but where we still avail of an up-to-date planning. You can think of for instance XML-solutions, where we will synchronize our reservations planning.

Are you technical not ready for this yet? We will help you! Through Out!fors-PlanOffice you will find an overview of a couple of solutions for online reservation systems, concerning the availability and price, and if you desire the full administrative and financial handling. There is software (Out!fors-Planoffice) for holiday home owners with one or more holiday homes, but also for agencies and holiday parks. If desired the software can be adjusted customized. Since OUT! attaches importance to a profitable, efficient cooperation concerning the rental of the accommodation the available software is against a reduced cost price or even available for free. At last the accommodation provider will always be responsible for the reception, escort and final control of the holidaymaker at the spot.

There are no fixed costs attached to our cooperation. OUT! Travel works on a 'no cure-no pay' basis, through very reasonable commission percentages over the communal sales price.
