Promotion at www.out.travel

OUT! Travel will provide a detailed internet presentation for your accommodation. Basicly a presentation consists of a precise description (concerning the location, livingroom, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, garden, tourist information and environment), 20 photos and a videofilm. The presentation will conclude more than 200 different house characteristics, the location on google maps and a direct link to more region-information.
Ofcourse we will present the presentation in four languages (beside Dutch also in English, German and French). After a visit to your holiday home the Out! employee will provide a personal note and the qualification. You will receive the right guest in the right holiday home.

Qualification

The Out! qualification has a threefold score on a scale of 1 (low) to 5 (high). In the presentation of the accommodations you will find in blue the score on facilities, in green the location/tourist possibilities and in red the quality/character of the holidayhome. Promotion labels

When your accommodation meets specific conditions you will be able to request a promotion label for your holiday home. OUT! Travel provides extra, specialized promotion for holiday homes who meet specific extra facilities concerning for example wheelchair suitability, wellness- or seminar possibilities, but also unique location towards beach, golf courses etc. The interested customer will find your holiday home faster by searching on theme. Good ideas

Do you offer beside your holiday home other services and/or tourist activities? Ofcourse we also provide the promotion of it. On the website you will find on each homepage per country a couple of good ideas. Examples are catering possibilities, culture- or wellness arrangements, language-, cooking- and painting lessons to walking with donkies. If desired you will receive after the customers booking the contactdetails so you will be able to make a tailormade offer.

Discounts

With the OUT! Travel discount programs you can decide with which promotion discounts you will participate. There are possibilities for seniors- and young families discounts, lastminutes, early booking discounts and special offers.

Survey results and guestbook reports

After the stay the customer has the posibility to judge your accommodation through a survey. The overall results will be presented in the presentation of the accommodation. The customer can also write a guestbook report for future guests, which is visual in the online presentation.

The logbook

With every holiday home we can have a logbook. Through the logbook you will keep customers up to date with renovations, new facilities, special offers etc.

Banners

Do you want more attention for your accommodation(s)? Accommodationproviders who cooperate with OUT! Travel have the possibility to place an extra promotion banner for a reasonable tariff on the left column of this website. Ask us for the tariffs.

The Out! Travel holiday home catalogue

For our loyal customers (200.000) and for customers who do not have an internet connection, OUT! Travel makes a traditional, full color holiday home catalogue each year. In this holiday home catalogue we present a selection of the OUT! Travel holiday homes. Ofcourse the selection is based on the holiday homes who are choosen most by our target group. The holiday homes are presented completely with photos, description, prices, qualification and label(s).
All customers with a reservation in the current year will receive our new catalogue yearly just before Christmas for free in their letter box. Furthermore all other guests will be informed about the publication of our new catalogue through our personal email or our monthly newsletter . The publication of the new OUT! Travel catologue announces the new booking season for OUT! Travel.
Do you think it's important to make sure you will get a guaranteed catalogue presentation? For a reasonable fixed tariff you will be able to buy one or more positions (1/6 A4-page).

On- and offline marketing of the OUT!-website and holiday home catalogue

A nice, good functioning website with complete information is unfortunately not enough to obtain and keep new customers. Possibily you have experienced this with your own website the last few years.

The external internet promotion will not only take place at the level of countries, regions and types of holiday homes, but also using the above mentioned promotion labels (themes) and good ideas.

Apart from that, OUT! Travel works together with a few external affiliate programs (Paxs, Daisycom, Tradetracker), which produces a partner network with more than 10.000 different websites who make promotion for the accommodations from OUT! Beside that, OUT! Travel also offers their own partner program, at which interested accommodationproviders can promote the offer from OUT! Travel in exchange for a commission. A good example is one of our partners, Start4Travel, an advertisementsite in the field of travel. All accommodationproviders who have an exclusive contract with OUT! Travel will find an advertisement of their holiday home on Start4Travel, without further extra costs.
